10 key arguments from the consultation on children’s social work outsourcing
The government's recent paper on delegating children's services has generated heated debate – we pull out some important points
The government’s contentious consultation over delegating children’s social work functions to third parties has been variously described as the thin end of a sinister wedge that will empower large private firms to run child protection, and an important progression designed to improve and localise services via social enterprise involvement.
Amid the heated discussions that have been taking place over the past six weeks, we’ve pulled out 10 key arguments.
1. The consultation was inadequate
The University of East Anglia’s Professor June Thoburn described the slim Department for Education paper in the strongest possible terms as “an insult and a mess”, saying that the parameters and level of detail – and evidence – necessary to debate such an important issue simply weren’t in it. But she was far from being the only critic of the process itself: charity Children England was just one of the parties highlighting that best practice should dictate a consultation period of at least 12 weeks, rather than the six – coinciding with local and European election campaigning – granted in this case.
2. Innovation needn’t mean outsourcing
Professor Brigid Featherstone, like Thoburn a signatory of the letter to the Guardian that propelled the outsourcing consultation into mainstream consciousness, admitted people could interpret the document as a call to retain the status quo. But, while acknowledging social enterprises could create “pockets of wonderful innovation” she stressed that local authorities could, and should drive innovation too. Dialogue with practitioners, rather than “sticks” to demoralise them, is the way forward according to Featherstone – something that Unison also foregrounded in its consultation response.
3. Profit has no place in child protection
Concerns over the potential introduction of a profit motive to child protection services featured in many consultation responses. “Decisions taken about a child’s life should only ever be based on what is in the best interests of the child,” said the Association of Directors of Children’s Services’ (ADCS) statement. “These decisions cannot, and must not, be subordinate to the pursuit of financial profit. There is a serious risk of perverse financial incentives (direct or indirect) that could potentially distort decisions in individual cases, for example, to intervene or not, to take a child into care or not.”
4. Accountability is key
The success of the UK’s child protection system was hailed by the ADCS, among others, as being founded on its direct accountability. Many questioned how this could endure in the face of possible fragmentation – even Martin Narey, the government advisor and advocate of introducing competition into the sector, reiterated that finding satisfactory resolution to this conundrum is of paramount importance.
5. Learn lessons from elsewhere
Narey, a former director general of the prisons service, has been keen to talk up the benefits that he says have been brought about by inviting in the private sector. But others interviewed by Community Care flagged the recent, and much criticised part-privatisation of the probation service as being an ongoing story that children’s social work practitioners ought to be keeping a close eye on.
6. Beware ‘lift and shift’
Doncaster Council’s children’s services are being outsourced to an independent trust for five to 10 years under central government measures – and other councils have talked of doing so voluntarily. Martin Cresswell of local government consultancy iMPOWER suggested that achieving change requires a more nuanced approach of unpacking the different “service components to work out, where we can articulate what we need, what drives the right incentives on the service provider – whether that’s local authority or private/voluntary sector”.
7. Small is possible
Children’s minister Edward Timpson claims the government’s plans are about encouraging the establishment of independent social work practices, and even the consultation’s sternest critics see potential merit in this. “If the government says, you may only delegate to small practices – regulated and required to employ social workers – then that experiment would be interesting, and there may be benefits,” said Thoburn.
8. Boundaries can be bridged
Action for Children drew attention to another possible benefit of independent practices – the ability to develop targeted services, for example working with survivors of child sexual abuse, that are able to reach beyond local authority boundaries. “Child protection systems that join up across areas may be more effective in working with mobile families, where we know children are particularly at risk of abuse and neglect,” the charity added.
9. Time for further reflection…
Part of the College of Social Work’s consultation response, which called for an “immediate pause” to enable further examination of the implications of the proposals, was something that parties on all sides of the argument could agree on. “It is essential that all parties and both Houses of Parliament should have the opportunity to consult with constituents and debate them extensively,” said Children England.
10. …but don’t lose sight of the bigger picture
Staying within the subject of social work outsourcing, Thoburn cautioned that clause 52 of the Deregulation Bill 2013-14 – currently on its way towards the Lords – poses danger as it proposes that corporate bodies with functions delegated to them by local authorities no longer need to register with Ofsted. But, seeking to look beyond the current furore, the NSPCC’s director of strategy, policy and evidence Lisa Harker has urged people in the social work sector not to “stir up a false fight about privatisation of children’s services”.
To do so, she said, risks detracting from the immediate issue – “that we have a child protection system in crisis.”

What Karina Griffiths from Mt Gravatt DoCS is doing to our babies
This is the fifth time our grandson has come to a visit with black eyes. This time they said it happened in the bath. Because of his black eyes Karina Griffiths from Mt Gravatt DoCS has now told us she wants to split up the children and put our eighteen month old boy on his own in foster care.
How many children does your daughter have in care.
Three.
How old
Four year girl, three year old girl and eighteen month old boy.
Your the grandmother. Have you tried to get them in your care?
I have faxed the DoCS case worker saying daughter had lived with me two years and two youngest were born while mum were living there. Why can't mother and children come and live with me, or just kids. Caseworker Karina Griffiths from Mt Gravatt DoCS said it is not an option.
Did she give you a reason?
No. I told her I refused to let my grandchildren stay in care with strangers and she said it looks like I would need to go to the family law court in NSW and her reply was "We have the power!"
So then what did you do?
I gave the solicitor a letter for court and they didn't even submit it. The DoCS worker Karina Griffiths said they wanted a two month transition ordder and the judge said only a month and why is it taking so long. I had a police check and I already have two granchildren in my care for the last seven years through a court order. Karina Griffiths from Mt Gravatt DoCS has all of this information. I also worked for life without barriers for several years as a foster carer.
I have also rung numerous times and written letters. Karina Griffiths told the judge they had applied to DoCS NSW and been turned down but no reason was given. She said the problem was NSW and that's where the problem was and they were waiting on them.
When the children first went into foster care the father's parents rang DoCS and asked to take the children but Karina Griffiths once again stated that this was not an option.
Your the children's mother, what have you done to try to get your children back?
I have tried everything, I've rung everybody. I spoke to Janet Scott and told her how my caseworker had tried to cancel my visits because I have taken photos of my son's black eyes but she spoke to DoCS and I never heard back from her. I rang her again yesterday about the new black eyes and still haven't heard back from her again.
So your child has appeared at visits repeateldly with black eyes, and what reasons have been given to you for this?
The first one was "He walked in front of a swing and was hit in the head by the swing."
Second one was ""
Third one was "He was headbutted by the eight year old daughter of the foster carer." They stated that my eighteen month old baby instigated this vicious game. How ridiculous. He wouldn't instigate anything except for a bottle.
Fourth time and this time he has two black eyes and they are saying he fell over in the bath.
Have you spoken to Karina Griffiths?
Yes I spoke to her after the first black eye, and she had no idea. Then she came back a couple of days later and said my son was hit in the head with a swing.
They should work with famiies before they take their children. They came and took my children from a refuge which was supposed to be a safe house. I had just left the hospital after a miscarriage and was still in hospital and they went and stole my babies. They took them out of their beds at nine o'clock at night. I had returned to the refuge from the hospital and they came and stole the children.
Have any of your other children suffered injuries since being in the so called care of DoCS Qld?
Yes. My three year old daughter had toenails cut back so far they were bleeding and had sores on them. My other daughter who is four years old is being driven while not properly secured in the car of the foster carer. She has also had burns on her neck which they are saying are from seat belt burns. She is also being driven around in the DoCS car while not properly secured in a "H" harness.
My son also has a couple of bald spots that look like he has had his hair pulled out.
Who have contacted trying to ask for help?
I've contacted the child safety after hours number. I've rang my solicitor but he doesn't do anything because he is legal aid. I've contacted the aboriginal and islander legal service.. I've contacted our local member of parliament Robert Cavallucci MP, I didn't even hear back from him. First I contacted Senator Claire Moore who referred me to Rober Cavallucci. I contacted my caseworker from DoCS Mt Gravatt Karina Griffiths and I spoke to her team leader at Mt Gravatt DoCS Kylie and I spoke to the manager of Docs Mt Gravatt Susan Gill and none of them did anything. They organised a peadeatric assessment and this has changed nothing either.
I told them they could just give the children back and Karina Griffiths the Case Worker from Mt Gravatt stated... "That just won't happen.
Then I contacted "Luke's Army."
Watch how it's done....

Talking to Kids about Social Services & Child Protection
Note: This has to be one of the most delusional, unrealistic, deranged portrayals of the child stealing pandemic we are witnessing at this time. Please read this poppycock and then go to the site where this drivel is posted and leave a comment.
I grew up afraid of social services. Social workers were something of a bogeyman in the homeschooling community, and my parents bought into it completely. In fact, in a recent conversation on the topic with my mother, she insisted that social workers today do in fact take children away from their parents for nothing more than homeschooling. That she still says this today says a lot about just how high fear of social workers was in our home when I was a child.
In fact, my parents walked us children step by step through what we should do if a social worker came to the door when they were not home. We were not to let a social worker in the door under any circumstances, and we were to call the Home School Legal Defense Association and get a lawyer on the line immediately. My mom had the phone number on the inside of a cupboard by the phone.
I’ve spoke to others raised in the same background as me who actually had drills that involved them hiding in the attic, or in a basement. While we didn’t do this, I well remember hearing conversations about the horrible things social workers do—strip-searching children to search for bruises or interviewing children without their parents present. The homeschooling literature I read was full of references to the evils of social services.
When I was a teen, I read a novel by Michael Farris titled Anonymous Tip. In it the main character’s daughter is taken away from her based on a false tip called in by a malicious ex. When the social workers realize that the tip was false, they fake evidence to keep the little girl away from her mother. One of the social workers was a Wiccan, and her boyfriend worked for the ACLU. The novel helped cement my fear and dread of social services.
I think to really get across what we’re talking about here I’m going to have to share a story of a terrifying event that took place when I was about fifteen. In fact, this moment may well be the most scared I’ve ever been in my life.
I was home alone with a few of my siblings while my mom and the others were at a friend’s house. I tried to call the weather phone number to get the forecast, but our phone was old and not all the buttons went through. I had dialed 911 without realizing it. As soon as the 911 operator came on, I hung up because it was a person rather than the weather recording I had expected. And then I realized too late that I had just hung up on the 911 operator.
I called my mother in an absolute panic. I was incredibly afraid. I knew that there was a strong likelihood that a police officer would come to our house to check if everything was alright, and there I was home alone with a few of my siblings. Looking back, my fear was entirely misplaced. My mother assured me that it would be fine, that I should simply tell the officer what had happened. I don’t think she realized the depth of my fear, or where it was coming from. The fear I was given of social services bled over into this experience.
As it happens, everything was fine. Two police cars did make their way up our driveway that morning, and a police officer got out and talked to me at the door. I told him what had happened—that I had dialed 911 on accident and hung up as soon as I realized I had the wrong number—and that was enough. But a police officer coming to the door to ask me questions and check the situation out while my parents were away was too similar to a social worker doing the same for me not to be terrified.
Fear—we’re talking real, visceral fear.
So far, this blog post could well be titled “How Not to Talk to Kids about Social Services.” My parents and the homeschooling community taught me to see social workers as the enemy and to fear social services in such a visceral way that it made my stomach hurt. This is how not to do it. Is social services perfect? No. But social services is set up to protect children from abuse and neglect, and it does a lot of good for a lot of kids. Social services should be seen as an ally, not an enemy, and teaching children to fear an agency set up to help protect them serves to prevent children who really need help from seeking it or speaking out—and result in a lot of unnecessarily frightened children.
Tomorrow I will write about how I talk about social services today with my own children. Is it necessarily to talk to children about social services? Maybe not, but given my background and the fact that my parents are a part of my children’s lives, I would rather give my children a positive foundation for understanding these things than leave them with a vacuum.
I wrote yesterday about the fear of social services I received from my parents and from the wider homeschooling community. Once I grew up I realized that this fear was both irrational and counterproductive. Social services was not the enemy, and social workers do important work protecting children from abuse and neglect. Sure, social services isn’t perfect, and they sometimes make mistakes. But what good does teaching children to be afraid of social services do? Absolutely none at all. When I had children of my own, then, I determined to do things differently. I wanted Sally and Bobby to see social services not as an enemy but as a friend.
Several months ago we got from a store and Sally refused to get out of the car. She was tired and was comfortable where she was. She was four at the time, and I needed to take her inside and get on with my list of things to accomplish for the day. My options, as I saw them, were to either pick Sally up and carry her into the house or to convince her to come inside voluntarily. I decided to try the later and save the former for last resort.
“I can’t leave you out here,” I told her. “I’m your mom and it’s my job to take care of you.”
“I don’t care about that, mom!” Sally insisted. “I don’t mind if you leave me out here!”
“Okay, let me see if I can explain this,” I said, and I got down on her level. “Kids don’t know everything yet, and sometimes they can get hurt. Kids can get lost or hit by cars or stolen or drown or any manner of things. So parents’ job is to protect their kids and take care of them. That’s me—that’s my job.”
I took a deep breath and considered whether to go on. I didn’t want to give her my childhood fear of social services, but I wanted her to understand that I really truly and honestly am required by law to take care of her, and that leaving her outside in the car alone is literally not an option. Sally likes understanding how the world works and having reasons for things, and she tends to be fairly mature for her age. So I went on.
“There are laws that require me to take good care of you,” I told her, “and if I don’t take good care of you I will get in trouble. There is an agency called social services that helps make sure children are taken care of. If parents do not take good care of their children, social services will come and tell them they have to take good care of their children. And if parents still do not take good care of their children, social services will find them a new mommy and daddy so that there is someone to take care of them.”
Sally considered for a moment.
“Okay, I’m coming inside, mommy,” she finally said, climbing out of the car. “You have to take good care of me, because that’s your job.” And she looked at me and smiled. “It’s your job to take good care of me!”
Sometime later we were at an outdoor event when Sally asked if it was fine if she go off on her own. I told her that I was okay with her moving around a little bit but that she had to stay close enough that I could see her and would know where she was. I reminded her that it’s my job to protect her and take care of her.
“That’s right mommy, it’s your job to protect me!” she said. “And you can’t protect me if you can’t see me!” And with that, she laughed as though she’d told a joke—and she stayed close enough for me to keep tabs on her throughout the event.
I was glad to see Sally being more understanding of times I had to tell her “no” because what she was asking was not safe. Sally had definitely taken to heart that it was my job to take care of her. But I still worried that she might take the bit about social services finding new mommies and daddies for kids who were not taken care of the wrong way, and end up feeling afraid.
Some time after this I was carrying a load of groceries from the car into the house, and Sally was dawdling and lagging behind.
“Come on Sally!” I called over my shoulder. “Hurry up!”
“I’m coming, mommy!” Sally called out as she picked up per pace and jogged to catch up. “Because you have to take care of me, mom, or they will find me a new mommy and daddy, and I don’t want a new mommy and daddy!”
And there it was. Had I messed up, I wondered? Was I giving her the same fear I had had? After the groceries were safely on the counter and we were both in the house, I pulled Sally aside.
“Sally, daddy and I try very hard to take good care of you,” I told her. “If social services came here to check on you, they would see that we take good care of you. Social services only takes children away from their parents if their parents are not taking care of them at all, or if their parents are hurting them. Does that make sense?”
Sally paused to think. “Those kids need new mommies and daddies, because they need someone to take care of them!”
“That’s right,” I responded. “Social services comes to check things out if someone calls them and says, ‘that child’s mommy and daddy are not taking care of her, she needs help.’”
“And then they help?” Sally asked.
“Yes,” I told her. “They try to help the family, and they only find kids new mommies and daddies if their parents still refuse to take care of them. If social services ever comes to our house and a social worker wants to talk to you, don’t worry about it, they’re just trying to make sure you’re taken care of and happy. They’re nice people and they want to make sure kids are safe. If that ever happens you can just answer their questions, okay? It is their job to make sure children are taken good care of, and that’s a good thing, because it is good for children to be taken care of and not get hurt. Does that make sense?”
“Oh!” Sally exclaimed, “If they come to our house, they will say, ‘do your mommy and daddy take good care of you?’ And I will say, ‘yes, they do!’” And then they will say, ‘that is good, we like mommies and daddies to take care of their kids!’ Right mommy? Right?”
“Wow, um, yes, that’s absolutely right,” I responded. I’m telling you, you just never know with this kid. She does voices and everything. And with that, our conversation was over and Sally was off to play.
It has been some time now since this second conversation, and Sally has not expressed any fear of social services. Indeed, her comment as she ran to catch up with me—the comment that prompted our second conversation—was less one of fear than one of stating facts. Sally is a very logical and ordered child, and tends to be matter of fact like that. I have to remind myself not to let my own childhood fear of social services determine my interpretation of Sally’s comments.
That it is my job to take care of her, and that I’m required by law to do so, has continued to help at moments when Sally would really like to be outside alone, or to wander around on her own at an event, and I can’t let her. It means that Sally understands that I don’t let her do those things because it is my job to take care of her and I’m required to do so, and not because I want to kill all of her fun.
Now I’m not saying any of this as a prescription. I don’t know for sure whether I’ve handled this topic correctly, or whether I should have held my tongue and found some other way to coax her out of the car that time several months ago—say, offering her a cookie once we got inside, or emphasizing all the things I had to get done in the house that evening. I do know that I just looked around the internet and couldn’t find a single guide to talking to your children about social services. Perhaps that means most people say nothing, and maybe that’s what I should have done too. But with my background of fear, and my parents in my children’s lives, I think part of me wanted to offer Sally a healthy perspective rather than leaving her with a vacuum.
Now I would like to welcome you to the real world of social services...
The mothers jailed after waving to their children in the street
It's a mystery why judges and social workers think they have the legal authority to act in such an inhuman way
Many will have been amazed by the story of Kathleen Danby, the 72-year-old grandmother given a three-month prison sentence after police produced CCTV footage showing her and her 18-year-old granddaughter running to embrace in a pub car park. The granny, who lives in Orkney, had travelled down to Derby to meet her beloved young relation in defiance of a 2007 court order, which has allowed them only to have “supervised contact” by telephone once a month.
The girl, said to have a mental age of nine, is so unhappy in “care” that, according to Mrs Danby, she has run away 175 times. She was forbidden to see her father after he was jailed for roughly restraining her from “running into a busy road when she was having a temper tantrum”. He has twice since been in prison, once for waving at his daughter when he saw her in a passing taxi on her way to school.
Martin Cardinal, the Court of Protection judge who sentenced Mrs Danby, said: “I am sure this grandmother needs restraint.” It was Judge Cardinal who made news last year when it was revealed that he had secretly jailed Wanda Maddocks – for removing her 80-year-old father from a care home where he had been placed by social workers, and where he was being so ill-treated that she feared for his life.
Of all the disturbing features of our “care” system, one of the most chilling is the draconian restrictions it imposes on contact between children and loving parents or grandparents who have not harmed them in any way. If they are allowed to meet at all, it is usually in a grim council “contact centre”, where every word is noted by a “contact supervisor”, watching for any breach of the rules, which can stop the “contact” dead.
I have seen several of the contracts that family members must sign before being allowed these contact sessions. One is 23 clauses long. These severely limit or forbid any show of affection by either side. Conversation must be limited only to “everyday matters”, such as how the children are doing at school.
Evidence of Canada CAS Failures
Virtually nothing the bewildered children want to discuss is allowed. Totally prohibited is any reference to why they are in “care”, what is to happen to them, or how they are being treated (in one case, where a distressed 11-year-old girl told her parents that she was being sexually abused by a member of the foster carer’s family, her parents never saw her again).
No reference can be made to the courts, social workers or any other “professional” involved in the case. Particularly forbidden is any “whispering”. Where foreign children are in care, they and their parents are forbidden to use the language they speak at home. When a Lithuanian grandfather recently flew to London to see his grandson, he was merely allowed one five-minute video exchange on Skype, using the only three words of English he knew: “I love you”.
Evidence of United States CPS Failures
Where no contact is allowed at all, the punishments for breaches can be astonishingly severe. I know of half a dozen cases where mothers were jailed simply for waving at their children when seeing them by chance in the street.
I recently reported on a mother, still in prison, after her desperately unhappy 13-year-old daughter had run away from a care home where she was being physically ill-treated. The mother had rung the police, but was careful to have no direct contact with her daughter, until the police begged her to go and calm the girl down in her brother’s house, where she was screaming and sobbing. For this, the social workers persuaded a judge to jail her for six months.
Bring Them Home! Heartbroken parents fighting for the return of their children
The real mystery is why the courts and social workers think they have the legal authority to act in this utterly inhuman way. If any lawyer can tell me precisely which law allows them thus to trample on one of the deepest and most natural of human instincts, I would be very grateful.

The Sons of Satan By Paul Baird
Introduction
Despite the defensiveness of groups suspected of having a secret agenda people will always believe that wherever there is concealment there could well be a conspiracy. Equally, if too many people are involved, you could have dissention due to conflicting views. This could lead to ultimate failure…Successful "plotting" therefore seems to be effected when certain privileged groups, clubs, fraternities or societies of like-minded, and wealthy, individuals band together to direct people and events to suit their own vested interests. Unfortunately such groups promote inequality, prejudice and often crime by their actions. These problems are the focus of this article.
SECRET SOCIETIES
The higher profile groups, like political parties, religious organizations and so on, govern, to a certain extent, openly. They have large numbers of members. However the smaller, less well known, groups are often the worst in terms of prejudice, promoting their own through the ranks of any hierarchy, be it political, judicial, bureaucratic or whatever. By so doing such groups infiltrate and impose their views, standards and lifestyles on others in an underhanded, clandestine manner. Some have a finger in every pie. Along the way they alienate and destroy many who question or oppose their selfish goals. The groups or societies in question also seek to protect their operations using subterfuge and lies to enlist the unwitting help of those around them AND other criminal connections. The ostensibly innocent often damn themselves by their silence, their apathy, their fear.
For good or bad some of the better known clandestine societies include:- The Ordo Templi Orienti (OTO), The Bildeberg Club, The Club of Rome, The Illuminati, The Mafia, The British Round Table, The Knights Templar, The Freemasons, The Trilateral Commission, The Council of Foreign Relations, The RIIA, The Travistock Institute, The KKK, The Skull and Bones Society and The Project for the New American Century. Many World leaders are members of these influential organizations. For example, failure to attend the annual Bildeberg Club meeting is said to all but ensure failure at the next national elections.
Additionally, there is an ever more worrying proliferation of criminally based networks of paedophiles, satanists, cultists, illegal researchers and so on. Each watches out for its own members and thereby allows them to prosper and multiply. The more of them there are in any field of endeavour, any sphere or sector, the more acceptable their ways and so the greater their influence. Many use various forms or terrorism to achieve their goals…
A SUBTLER TERRORISM
In the Middle East, the perceived hub or terrorism for us in the West, many brand the US as "The Great Satan". This is as much for their oppressive stance in the zone as for their perceived immorality. Certainly there's no denying that The New World Order is an American concept. Likewise, we in the west are encouraged to see Islamic/Arabic extremists from that region as devils; fanatics waging a cowardly, "holy" war based on religious differences. Their collective hatred is supposedly directed, indiscriminately, at Jews, Westerners etc. Neither extreme view is strictly correct and even then it only applies to some. However, both sets of leaders are, with their allies, guilty of manipulation, provocation and escalation. This has led to numerous, tragic acts of terrorism in recent years; the World Trade Centre disaster, The Bali bombings and so on. Whoever they are/were and wherever they're from they do/did Satan's work.
Now, "terrorism" is defined as the use of violence OR INTIMIDATION to achieve your goals. Therefore, the abhorrent use of psychological and emotional violence, pressure or harassment is just as much an act of terror as a violent hijacking or a suicide bombing. So, bloodless hostage crises, political or state repression/oppression, covert agency harassment, media fear campaigns etc are all acts of terrorism. Accordingly, the unregulated media mafia, the unchecked government spy agencies and so on should all be placed under careful scrutiny during any legitimate "war on terror". However we know why that won't happen. Most people fear corrupt media representatives and covert agency people (e.g. the CIA) more than anyone else, and with good reason. So much so that mere mention of their involvement instills such fear that it's an absolute conversation stopper; evidence of the worst terrorism imaginable. And unlike known terrorist networks they cannot be questioned let alone stopped. Of course, as the truth is always an early casualty anyway, the media/agency/crime figures involved replace it with whatever they choose; pointing away from themselves with suitable indignation and outrage.
STATE SPONSORED TERROR
Many of the US's enemies were trained and armed by the US. This, coupled with subsequent provocation of those enemies, must be recognized as part of the terrorism problem. The provocateur escapes detection then uses the retaliation as an excuse to escalate activity. The fact that money is generated by all of this is both a central and disturbing truth that is being largely ignored. If there was nothing to gain by it then it wouldn't happen. The public are also unaware that covert methods are used. For example…Regular readers of "Exposure" and now "Hard Evidence" will be familiar with the existence of high tech' satellite, microwave and ground based weapons such as thought scanners, advanced neurophones and the like. Unlike the deaf-friendly miraphone, modern neurophone based technologies are weapons used for state-sponsored crime effected by agencies like the CIA, NSA, DIA, and their criminal "business" associates. The technology allows operatives to use advanced computer programs and voice overs to deliver aural harassment/threats etc into the brains of millions worldwide via microwave and satellite. Satellite brainwave monitors and powerful computers (at secret facilities and relay stations) also allow for the deciphering of the targets thoughts, simultaneously. This will be explained more fully later on but suffice to say for now that the mind reading capabilities of the relevant technologies are another conversation stopper…not because of disbelief but because of fear.
The result of applying such techniques can be varied across the community. Prominent persons who hold terrible secrets may suicide, while unstable psychopaths and assassins may be driven to commit murder(s). Meanwhile, protestors, writers, human rights campaigners, whistleblowers etc may be severly traumatized by long term exposure to techno-based torture and oppression. The results can be discrediting. Some can even be wrongly institutionalized. Notably, nursing homes, asylums and jails house many victims. They are easy targets for illegal human experimentation but, interestingly enough, most who are targeted, have a "political" background. To debase anyone is bad enough but to exacerbate the suffering of such people is unbelievably cruel.
Yet another form of all too common terrorism is the media feedback of surveillance results. This is often facilitated by the state through MP's, agency personnel etc, who set up the spying, then relay the frequencies or pass on results. How it works is that any unwelcome (though private) comment leads to a response (directly with live TV/radio or later if not).
Your own words/views/thoughts/actions etc are thrown back at you from the surveillance, usually from the appropriate public figure or sector (with or without their knowledge). It often takes the form of a threat. For example, the writers 91 yr old Aunt, who lives at Parramatta, had a turn and was taken to Westmead hospital. The next day, as I prepared to take the final draft of this article to my typing service (near my Aunts home) I listened to the morning radio news. The no.1 item was about a 91 yr old Parramatta woman (not my Aunt) who'd died at Westmead hospital after a bashing outside her home. Investigation and subsequent reports revealed that the news details were (deliberately) incorrect. "They" search for coincidences, then time and prioritise the reports in an attempt to terrorise their targets. When all else fails they just make it up. The facts are wrong but the intention is clear.
The blame could be with whoever gets the surveillance results (solicited, intercepted etc). That may be a researcher, a writer, editor, stage manager, exec or presenter but all of them know what goes on. The presenter is usually blamed, at least initially. This can lead to the victim looking like an obsessed fan or something; a neat arrangement for discrediting people. Infact many have fallen for this trap. Some have even been wrongly institutionalised as a result of false complaints lodged by criminals/celebrities working for corrupt media empires. Despite the general public's suspicions most don't realise that the media's role in controlling knowledge, perceptions and beliefs extends to this sort of crime (against those who offend their criminal associates).
In any event, taking an undue interest in a non public figure to the point of spying on them (yet refusing to talk to them) reveals the foul intentions of all involved in such practices...and those journos that oppose it are unwelcome in mainstream media circles. So only those who are complicit or silent survive. Therefore, to give these media terrorists the benefit of the doubt, to trust anyone in the mass media once victimized in this manner, is to make a serious error in judgement. Lies are spread, recordings made and there is no privacy at all. One example of this involved a female whistleblower contending with corrupt media execs, at channel 7. They lodged a false complaint through their own media "crime stoppers" people with "friendly"/corrupt police. It was said that she was about to rob a bank. This stopped her whistleblowing and she hid in her house for fear of being framed/set up with weapons, drugs etc. The terrible realization that those you should be able to turn to for help are fully culpable themselves is shattering for most. Equally the culprits go into denial and, in any event, are beyond the reach of any frustrated/honest law enforcers who may offer to help.
Getting back to the governments themselves…with the legal/constitutional amendments taking place these days (supposedly only to combat terrorism) we now have a situation where innocent people can be framed/tortured/oppressed by the state with "terrorist watch" type excuses used to suppress the truth. Secretive societies, even groups of criminally connected "mates", can arrange this all too easily through their contacts…and a conspiracy of silence covers it up. It's an excellent way of victimising and isolating people.
To illustrate, recent responses to the September 11, (01) tragedy have seen civil liberties take a battering, bringing democracy itself under fire. Draconion laws have been passed and corrupt agencies are covertly targeting supposed suspects who I'm sure are (usually) nothing more than concerned citizens exercising their democratic rights. By "pretending" to doubt a target and refusing to talk with them agencies (like the CIA, DIA, MOSSAD, MI6, ASIS, ONA etc) can use their arsenal of "anti-citizen" weapons in a trial of how to terrorise/silence/discredit people. Those responsible remain "beyond reproach" using remote space-based technologies etc and quoting "National Security" as their justification for silence and the secrecy orders placed on the weapons themselves. As a result the public don't question this because they don't know the technologies exist.
So…we have a situation wherein patriotic, compassionate people who are raising awareness on important issues can not only be terrorized by government agencies (silenced on behalf of corrupt "business" interests) but they can also be falsely accused to justify the surveillance in the first place. The "Don't talk to them" attitude of the ruling class and associated "clubs" fuels the situation, along with their involvement in harassment directed at the targets who are usually totally innocent, of anything.
In the post cold war era crimes against citizens are becoming a more substantial part of agency operatives work. Protected agency/"business" operations (like the drug and arms trades, prostitution, paedophile networks etc) cannot be questioned without consequences, especially for ordinary, unconnected people. These same people can be offered up for experimental programs where techniques and technologies are employed to study how to control/silence them…The visible results could be anything from minor stress through to institutionalisation or even death. This, of course is in keeping with the M.O. of criminals who trade in human misery and murder (i.e. drug barons, arms dealers, terrorists etc).
This all leads to another question. Isn't failure to act on the part of an individual or agency part of the terrorist cycle? The technology mentioned could solve the terrorist problem but that's not what "they" want. Firstly, the space-based equipment available allows all telecommunications to be intercepted (Echelon), then there's the audio-visual monitoring of "persons of interest" and neurophone/brain-scanning of unconnected targets…So why experiment with whistleblowers and decent people of any sort while ignoring known terrorists? Maybe September 11 type tragedies are allowed or even orchestrated by some vested interest groups with agency connections; loathsome criminals who deliberately stir up trouble and actively work against prevention or apprehension. After all, Big Brother does see all. So, because any "agent" moving in the field would be spotted they use patsies and Manchurian candidates to do their dirty work and take the blame. This applies equally to individual assassinations (e.g. John Lennon's death) and terrorist acts (like September 11).
CENSORSHIP
To control the flow of ideas and information "they" must control publishing, broadcasting and the mass media in general. So the number of popular, published authors is kept to a manageable level. These, in turn, feed off the plethora of unpublished material and, in the case of harassers, surveillance/agency information as well. This indicates something further about the systems by which organizations remain both prejudiced and hidden. The ugly truth is that freedom of thought/expression is an ideal not a reality. To dismiss writings is one matter. To harass/destroy the writer is another.
Now propaganda can, like consent, be total invention. Control of the mainstream media allows this to happen. Every media outlet is controlled otherwise classified information would be leaked to the general public. So "they" place or hire people to fill crucial roles and thereby ensure this. A good example was the recent Iraqi war, 2003. Debate raged prior to troop deployment, and in fact only three nations were actively involved, but once troops were committed to the fight the media was almost 100% behind the effort; the public reasoning being that our troops needed our total support. However, there's little democracy or common sense in that. The soldiers always have our sympathy/support anyway but the instigators of any conflict, on either side, need to be questioned on their motives before everyone just accepts war as a necessary evil.
The links between the Arabic political leaders and the terrorists, the weapons sales and build ups, the stated intentions etc were all too readily accepted, as presented. The money, the resources, the power up for grabs (on both sides) were matters not fully addressed. Only afterwards were better questions raised about the legitimacy of the whole affair. Why, for example, is there still no concrete evidence for the UN to support the action, even after the event? Why don't they all assist (through member nations) in the rebuilding of Iraq?
Another good example is in the area of dual purposes. Many satellites, for instance, have frightening abilities (to torment, mind rape and kill) but the public only hear about telecommunications, weather and recon capabilities. Similarly, people working as PI's, security guards, journalists, MP's etc can also work for and/or with "them", thereby compromising their legitimate work.
Clearly, suppression of information occurs at many levels, and the world stage really is full of excellent actors. They say all the right things; some even openly supporting charities, causes and so on but they secretly work in a conspiratorial fashion to destroy genuinely good people. As a result the truth may never surface on many matters esp. where those speaking out are emotionally, psychologically (even physically) tormented for their troubles. Public figures contend with threatened public ridicule/exposure (on other matters) for dissenting but non public figures can be tortured etc. Neurophones, brain scanners and directed energy weapons can create a mobile P.O.W situation that's indescribably oppressive. To even question the ruling class's crimes can leave some like modern day Galileos (under house arrest - figuratively) for merely expressing their views. All violence is wrong but State sponsored terrorism (emotional, physical or psychological) is the worst intimidation imaginable, especially when it's media backed.
It's claimed that the most powerful weapon in the hands of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed. To control our minds they need acceptance and absorption (by the masses) of all the educational, media, government propaganda that we're exposed to. Those elements of the truth which, like public "acting", conceal the lies and deception are essential to their plans. So, in response, we need to read and see a little less and think a lot more. An example is the illicit drug trade; one of the scourges of most modern societies. Drugs are used to control/occupy both those in public life who indulge and those non public figures who follow their lead but cannot cope or even afford it long term. Following the money/control trail is a good indicator of who it is that's behind it. The most powerful vested interest groups, "societies" and individuals are, like the mass media that shapes our very thinking, linked to and/or controlled by organised crime and corrupt bureaucracies, through their agents/employees. These are the connections that point to the ugly truth.
THE HYPOCRISY
The hardest thing to come to grips with is the breathtaking hypocrisy of our political/media/business leaders. Only complicit or compliant people reach the upper levels of these sectors so we find media identities denouncing terrorists on the one hand while at the same time (and sometimes with "feedback" in the same item) terrorizing their own fellow citizens who are genuinely concerned. Also, Western democracies, esp. the U.S, are guilty of gross hypocrisy on matters like terrorism, torture, harassment, false institutionalization, weapons of mass destruction, human rights, religious persecution and much more. For instance, there are no U.N weapons inspectors swarming over Defence/CIA/NASA facilities searching for evidence of advanced weaponry that's being tested on the citizenry. Yet the very strategies to covertly silence those who are awake to the truth are perfected by experiments - using these very same technologies. The average, decent citizen takes time to grasp the concept as it is evil on a scale that's difficult to accept. "They" count on that.
Individually, psychopaths like Martin Bryant and Timothy McVeigh can be manipulated/steered onto a collision course with their unsuspecting victims by monsters who brainwash/provoke them (using neurophone voices etc) to execute the events for which they take sole blame. Not only is there no authority to investigate the agency criminals behind it, but the public don't understand how, let alone why, such evil is fostered. The technologies are veiled by secrecy orders and the motives blurred by MP's and the media but there can be no excuses.
UNDERSTANDING THE TECHNOLOGIES
Pretend you've never used electricity or watched a plane in the sky. Forget all the modern inventions you take for granted. Now, if you were told about them by honest people with knowledge/experience would you believe it? Many technologies have military applications that their inventor didn't envisage. These can have secrecy orders placed on them and then only military bodies/contractors can work on developing and advancing them. Once developed these inventions can be tested and misused under a "National Security" screen of silence. Defence contractors, criminals, agency oppressors…all of these have access but not honest law enforcers or the general public.
For example, DARPA (The Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency) has a program called LIFELOG which records TV viewing, photographs taken etc over a lifetime. Another is ECHELON, the NSA system that monitors all telecommunications worldwide. With Echelon advanced computers highlight communications "of interest" for human operatives. Those involved can then be placed on 24/7 audio-visual satellite surveillance as "people of interest". They can be MP's, personalities, activists, law enforcers, terrorists etc. On top of that the neurophone and brainwave scanning technologies facilitate the torture and mental rape of chosen targets.
Again, to reiterate (for those unfamiliar with what this means) U.S satellites can track/monitor anyone using tags, infrared, brainwaves etc etc. E.g. For brain/thought monitoring the evoked potential emitted by the brain is scanned then decoded/interpreted by U.S/GB/Israeli supercomputers with a brainwave vocabulary. Also neurophones relay noise/voices via microwave/laser delivery systems. The signal travels the nervous system to the brain (bypassing the ears). The two together provide a means of remote torture/interrogation/deceit.
Law enforcers (honest ones) cannot access this equipment but criminals in the agencies, in media circles, in politics etc can. Again, their defence is the "National Security"/"Classified" tag but most of them, as outlined in this article, are terrorists themselves.
THE POLITICS OF HUMAN RESEARCH
We hear more of illegal research involving animals than people yet cancer cures, LSD trials, nuclear weapons testing and so on have all involved human guinea pigs. Even organ donors risk having more taken than they planned for. Horrific anecdotes have been relayed on this alone; stories involving hospitals, morgues, universities etc. In fact, so insidious and deceptive are their methods that "they" use statistics to encourage drivers to indicate their willingness to donate organs on their licenses. Ostensibly, that's fine but where's the guarantee that the donated parts go where they should and what of "the rest"? Interestingly, one recent TV ad for brain tissue donors focused on schizophrenia studies. This also smacks of another "cover" for illegal research. Their reassurances ring hollow.
These days the living guinea pigs for the experiments mentioned in this material are no longer just volunteers, students etc. Instead, people in institutions, helpless and alone, have been used and now anyone offending/questioning powerful criminals can be offered up to those involved in these experiments; studies in controlling other human beings remotely.
Unfortunately there is no human equivalent of the RSPCA. The Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR - Church of Scientology) and CAHRA (Campaign Against Human Rights Abuse) do their best without resources or a public profile but their impact on the problem is minimal. However, sadly, mans inhumanity to man has few limits. Things you wouldn't see done to a dog are done to humans in the name of science, love, religion and the money/control they generate. Thankfully no other species is so "intelligently" organised.
Again, writers of anti-crime works, whistleblowers, in fact any honest/decent people who exercise their rights to freedom of speech, thought, expression etc can be selected, (by their enemies), for these programs. This terrorises, silences and discredits them personally but more so it gives their tormentors opportunities to study methods of covertly influencing (and altering if possible) belief systems, actions etc. They hope to learn how to predict/normalize/control human behaviour. They thereby want to discover how to deal (covertly) with dissenters; people who see through the lies and propaganda and speak out against evil practices.
Other purposes for the "research" may be to enhance methods of computer/human interfacing to the point that computers can almost think like humans. In fact, the US navy's National Research Laboratory in Washington has already conducted extensive research on computer chips with living brain cells. Stolen memories can also be used for robotics, cloning and all manner of mischief including selling results to interested parties.
Long term dream analysis (a personal favorite of psychiatrists we're told) can also be carried out without reliance on the targeted persons recollections. Subliminal suggestions, even false memories (and the warping of surveillance results), can be planted in further attempts to influence human thinking and reactions. In addition, for creative targets, ideas can be stolen or implanted. For others still, fears/attitudes etc can be moulded by the lies they're told and so on.
The goons delivering all of this harassment/torture can also facilitate ancillary perversions such as gambling on the outcomes e.g. when will a targeted person lose their temper, their job, their partner, their life. Great fun for all concerned especially the filth that set the target up in the first place. In the case of opposite sex monitors still more evil "enjoyment" can be found. There is literally no limit to the level of degrading, humiliating treatment these monsters can dish out.
Cross sections of the community can also be tested as a group; usually without their knowledge e.g. crowd mood management during marches, elections, riots can be arranged/attempted using EEG feedback over a large area. And, of course, defence personnel are subjected to the testing of some very nasty lethal and non/lethal weaponry (on both sides). E.g. neurophones were used on Iraqi soldiers. Chemical, biological, even nuclear weapons can also be tested on troops.
Also, worth mentioning are the people who "disappear" (30,000 a year in Australia alone). You could be forgiven for wondering if some weren't spirited away to some hidden facility for more face to face type research, brainwashing etc. Runaways, custody pawns, murder victims, protected witnesses, criminals, enslaved victims and so on form the bulk of the numbers but I'm sure "science" takes its share. Those few who survive to return to loved ones may be deluded (e.g. by their U.S/"alien" captors) or worse still, programmed (like Martin Bryant) to commit horrendous crimes for reasons only the criminally insane could comprehend (they're usually political of financial reasons).
Although not too many remote targets can be successfully "triggered" to commit crimes like Bryant's they must still endure torture and deprivation of physical, emotional and mental liberty. For example, EM radiation/laser/microwave weapons can mimic signals emitted by the brain and nervous system. The relevant devices can also disrupt that system. The symptoms are coordinated (deliberately) to mirror mental illness which complicit psychiatrists diagnose, on cue, (as taught through agency modified texts).
THE RESEARCHERS
Dr Stefan Possony (the "father" or Star Wars) said, in 1995, that "messaging directly into a target mind with low frequency waves" was possible. But this had been known for decades before that and he would have known it. Why the act? The suppression, then timely open expression of such information is of concern… Another control freak, John Alexander (a NATO chief) speaks of compulsory implants for newborns. This is an evil, insane notion yet its dangers have been ignored. In any event, it's unnecessary in one sense since mind modifiers, EEG feedback devices, neurophones, brain-scanner and radiation technologies can achieve total, submissive control of large sections of the citizenry without their cooperation or even their knowledge, in some cases. So, if political propaganda and media imaging fail, these devices are in reserve to effect obedience and conformity to the New World Orders ways of thinking. Yes they have ways…
Incidentally, Nazi/U.S scientist, Dr Herman P Schner, said: "There are no proven biological effects from electromagnetic radiation". More patent nonsense. Yet a colleague, Dr Schmitt, openly confessed to using a magnetic interpreted neuron duplicator on inmates at San Quentin prison where he was chief psychiatrist. Needless to say interference with potentially violent criminals can have dire consequences. Nevertheless, our jails, like our asylums, nursing homes, etc…are just playgrounds for the monsters behind all of this. For instance, it's no surprise to learn that NSW jails, at Goulburn and Junee, have large numbers of prisoners complaining of neurophone harassment (voices in the head). Junee jail is privately run by Americans who handpick their victims/inmates. The inmate (from Goulburn) who relayed this information in the first instance has been set up, robbed and so on for his troubles. False medical records have been prepared claiming he has a heart condition (just in case they want to dispose of him…) and a history of violence in Ireland (a country he has not even visited). Yet the same victim successfully introduced articles, patents and so on (relating to the high tech devices described herein) to a jury which supported his contention that they'd been used on himself and others. And this faced with a hostile judge, corruptible crown prosecutor and three government psychiatrists all of whom claimed total ignorance. Even armed with false psychiatric assessments (paid for by the state to discredit this man) they could not have him labeled as mentally unfit. Unfortunately, others harassed by neurophone voices have, on their eventual release from prison, either been set up or killed almost immediately.
Other interesting views on human research come from Mathew S Meselson who said "we'll learn how to manipulate every life process, genetic ones, mental ones, emotional ones" and Dr Robin Coupland who talks of "weapons that can cause psychosis, epilepsy, blindness etc." Instead of referring lovingly to such madness these "gents" would do well to follow the lead of Dr Rosalie Bertell who, instead, sympathetically and openly studied the victims of radiation weapons at Greenham Common. This was another despicable series of murders by "the state" aimed at peaceful anti nuclear protestors.
The fact remains that, overall, there is little open discussion (legal/moral) on neurotechnology, dream analysis, human cloning research, advanced (humanoid) robotics, directed energy weapons or any other diabolical programs which misuse modern technological advances at the expense of the citizenry. The law and the parliaments lag way behind…and intentionally so. Like the LSD trials and the nuclear tests decades ago we have protected military/agency operations going on which are removed from public scrutiny by secretive government/"business" bodies. The results are appalling, inexcusable evil directed at decent, honest people from all walks of life.
THE FUTURE?
For the privileged few, the complicit, the silent, (including our "secretive" groups), the future is rosy. They'll survive unscathed and continue to mock those of us who their delusions tell them are inferior. "Inferior" because we think and act differently to themselves. This "inferior", largely law abiding, majority will of course have less to look forward to. Brainscanning technology is enough of a danger in itself.
To elaborate, aside from plans to cull the worlds population back to a manageable billion or two (and you won't feel a thing) the covert agencies are working towards total invasion of every home, every mind on the planet. Microchipping for security/ID purposes is only the next cover. The real motives are illegal research, larceny, perversion and total control, up to and including euthanasia/extermination through incurable disease/cancer etc. (By the way, one biblical interpretation refers to microchip enslavement of the world at the end of time). Today, astronauts submit to it for research and celebrities may agree for security purposes but the public agrees at its peril. Anyway, as said earlier, microchipping is unnecessary given the satellite-based technologies now available. It's a cover; another diversion.
Given all of this, you could be forgiven for entertaining fanciful ideas such as the thought that scientists could create human clones, insert stolen human memories (extracted via brainwave scanning) then use neurophone relayed instructions etc to get them to organise/ run the whole world on behalf of their faceless, criminal masters. However, given the enthusiastic way corrupt power brokers (MP's/journalists/"businessmen") make a sport out of destroying decent people (usually covertly) today that's probably an unnecessary scenario. Perhaps it is only an illustrative notion like the "one world government" described in my unpublished fictional novel, "In the year 2252" (1991). In that story, given there were no more kingdoms to conquer, no causes to unify the haves and have nots, no external distractions, no one to blame for anything (be it social inequity, drugs, weapons/space research etc) then an "alien" sham was viewed as being as good as any available to shift the blame and divert unwanted attention. In the fantasy agencies, military or otherwise, would use secret/classified technologies to disastrous effect then rally public support (to play hero) in a scenario of their own creation. Unfortunately that sounded a little too close to today's reality for their liking, especially in an age where provoked global terrorism was about to take centre stage…But apparently we don't need to know the truth. Others more trustworthy than us have it all under control. So, the 99% that would be sickened by the truth must simply defer to their greater wisdom.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
(Progress in the war on psychological/emotional terror).
The 80's was to be the "decade of the brain" according to the U.S government. Unfortunately the secret research conducted was largely inhuman and counterproductive. Sadly it continues to this day, unchecked. This fact has been recognized recently by a number of prominent international organizations. These include The International Committee of The Red Cross, CAHRA (Citizens Against Human Rights Abuse), CCHR (The Citizens Commission on Human Rights - Church of Scientology) and CAMS (Christians Against Mental Slavery). Influential individuals like U.S senator (and ex-astronaut) John Glenn, U.S rep Dennis Kucinich and President Bill Clinton have introduced bills and so on which address the problems associated with illegal human experimentation, including the abuse of remote mind control weapons. However, to date, nothing has been done in reply. Everything is watered down.
Regardless, perhaps the two most significant moves have been made by the European Parliament and The United Nations. The European Parliament passed the "Resolution on the Environment, Security and Foreign Policy", A4 - 0005/99, Jan 28th, 1999. This called for a world wide convention to ban all weapons for human manipulation. Also the UN, through UNIDIR (the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research), recognised and listed "mind control" weapons, putting them alongside nuclear and chemical weapons as weapons of potential "mass destruction" because of the manipulative possibilities. The UN too wants an international treaty to ban these weapons. They published material for the world wide media to use/disseminate but they have failed to do so. Ask yourself why. In fact the media is more likely to warp public perception on matters like "mind control" than it is to inform them. For example, a recent TV program with that title, "Mind Control" (2003), focuses on hypnotism not high tech satellite interference. (See Addendum for a list of organizations and contacts re formal opposition to the weapons in question).
Because they anticipate further calls for treaties/bans on weapons for human torture and manipulation the US government is now systematically shifting responsibility for some of these technologies from the Defence Department to the internal Department of Energy. This is to evade the impact of any treaty/ban. Secretary of Energy O'Leary has apparently admitted that half a million US citizens (at least) have already been experimented on without their consent (or knowledge in the case of most). This confession alone should rank the emotional/psychological/physical torture and terror involved alongside anything orchestrated by a Dr Mengele, a Saddam Hussein, an Idi Amin or any other fiend for whom "crimes against humanity" are mere recreational pursuits. They can call it conditioning or any other euphemism they like, the fact is the victims are true "prisoners of conscience", to apply a term Amnesty International uses for physical, political prisoners, short or long term, (e.g. well known ex victims like Pauline Hanson and Nelson Mandela). Again, because our media is controlled by complicit vested interest groups they not only remain silent on such matters but are likely to exacerbate a victim's pain by actively participating; contributing to the suffering of targets with lies/deception, surveillance feedback and more. With no regulation or watchdog, with no empowered law enforcement agency to investigate and no politician free of fear of favour it's little wonder that the UN has been largely ignored on these matters…so far.
PERSONAL COMMENTS
In my own view the greatest (and worst) inventions of all time have been facilitated by the microchip. The brain scanning (mind reading) technologies alone represent the greatest threat to the "free" world that there has ever been. Aside from theft, oppression, torture, manipulation, military/political conquest and control, the horrific human rights abuses (starting with the most intrusive invasions of privacy) make these devices horrific/evil beyond the comprehension of most people. Some I've spoken to say they cannot imagine anything more frightening than mental rape. But when the corrupt agencies eventually run their "Thought Police" scans over the entire planet (in the same way Echelon monitors all telecommunications already) then anyone even doubting what they're told by those in high places will draw "special attention" from human operatives. And this before they even mouthe their concerns let alone convey them in a written form. This one alone could enslave the entire world and change it, for the worse, forever. Oppression/repression will lead to complete suppression. Freedom of thought, speech and expression of any sort will be only a memory (and probably a forbidden one at that). Democracy will become even more of a facade/farce than it already is, a system where attempts to exercise your democratic rights can lead to you losing them altogether. Differences of opinion on matters relating to crime/corruption already top the list.
Even the silent majority who do, say or think only what they're told (deviating only between a narrow band of opinions) could be affected. The one safe democratic right, the right to vote for one of two "controlled" political parties (the rest incapable of forming governments), can be influenced unduly, not only by propaganda/lies but by mood/thought management technologies that people are unaware of. This raises an ancillary matter. In such an environment (which we call a democracy) is it democratic to make any service/duty compulsory? Electoral duty (voting), judicial duty (jury service) and military duty (where there's national service) are all (or can be) compulsory. Yet to vote for political representatives, take part in court proceedings or fight a foreign war without reference to personal (informed) opinion is anything but democratic. If the systems and individuals in question draw justifiable criticism or rejection that should be addressed not sugar coated by compulsory endorsement. Also, from my observations, class, cultural, religious and ideological "cleansing" can be carried out very slowly, over time, using stealth and deception. For example, very few whistleblowers seem to have children once they're criminally harassed. The ones that do wind up having those children harassed as well (some from birth). In the long run society's views can be altered to correspond with what the ruling elite believe, and few will be any the wiser. Those still disagreeing will become afraid to even express their views; especially when they see the dire consequences for others. We are being told not to think, only react…and react as expected, or else.
In such a situation those in the affluent west who have a conscience are also silenced on certain matters; powerless to help the starving, diseased, war ravaged and oppressed peoples of the rest of the world where 25,000 die of starvation alone every day. Today, opponents of all manner of injustices are ridiculed, set up, robbed, (mentally) raped, tormented and often totally destroyed (usually in private) using high tech. Our media and political identities are often at the heart of the problem (or sympathetic with the criminal activities in question) so they will not intervene. Yet again, it is vital to understanding the problem that the reader realises that "they" vet all who enter public life; especially in politics and the mainstream media. Only the corruptible, malleable and fearfully silent are tolerated. If confronted these people feign ignorance and delude themselves into believing they are not to blame; being beyond reproach. Meanwhile mass media surveillance feedback (including sly references to private words/actions/thoughts) is responsible for the grief of many targeted individuals. And the writers can't be blamed in isolation. What of the sources? And what of the actors, singers, presenters that deliver the pain? "It's my job"…"I only read it"…"I do what I'm told""I didn't know". None of these is a real/legitimate excuse. They are used to drive a wedge between victims and any source of assistance.
From my perspective, our secret societies, our vested interest groups either order, effect or allow all manner of ills in our world today. The web of conspirational arrangements woven perverts justice and creates class resentment. Honest endeavour is to be mocked by thieves in high places and those speaking of justice? Ridiculed AND crucified…
Again, for those unaware of the fact - Big Brother is NOT the law. He's the agent/criminal who thwarts the law enforcer. He works for the drug baron, the arms dealer, the oppressor etc. So the old argument that you don't need to be alarmed if you're doing nothing wrong is seriously flawed. You don't have to do anything wrong; Big Brother and his associates are the wrong doers and they monitor/harass those who question their crimes. Law enforcers should have the resources to investigate these high tech crimes but the criminals monitor them too and so stay "one step ahead". This should change but I suspect it won't.
As for those that Big Brother fosters, obeys and protects, (those removed from the sane, moral world by the exaltations of position, power and science)…Technology allows them to see and hear from afar, to monitor through all obstacles, to read men's minds and create/destroy life itself in ever more bizarre ways…but they are not Gods. They are motivated by greed not altruism, by hate not love…and standing on a podium or sitting behind a desk and pretending to be something they're not, no matter how good the act, is ultimately transparent to more and more, despite the media staging. Meanwhile, for the majority, those that can't explain let alone create whole universes, God cannot be removed from the picture no matter how inconvenient that may be for "them". Theories which seem to credit our existence to some sort of cosmic accident, no matter how fancifully described, don't work for us. Yet for others it's as if they legitimise the prevailing system, the law of the jungle, by endorsing such theories/beliefs. Well we have it already; a world where crime pays and the groups/societies behind it influence every sector in the community. Deluding themselves into actually believing that they are rightfully above the law, and therefore not subject to it, these people have nothing but disdain and derision for anyone suggesting that integrity and fair play should be the norm. An honest, level playing field is not their idea of good sport.
Finally, for true believers, our free will is God given. May I suggest that secretive organizations and individuals wishing to take his place (and remove that gift) band together… Lacking integrity, conscience, faith or good intention they proclaim all things are possible for man. All things good or evil or both? I think we know. So perhaps a more correct title for such a collection of rogues would be "The Sons of Satan" because, whether they believe in him or not, they're following in his footsteps.
CONCLUSION
Our democratic and human rights are in jeopardy, right now. A total loss of privacy, dignity and control in our own lives is on the horizon. For many it's already here. The New World order will eventually enslave us, one way or another, and it's not a conspiracy theory it's a reality. They mould things to suit their own purposes yet the rest of us are told "you can't change the world". No reversals, only "progress". Progress for who? And at who's expense? To object is to invite terrorists into your life; to silence/torture/discredit you.
Affluent onlookers are unaffected and so ignore the dangers for others and the shameful truth is hidden by political/media/business groups. They protect the ugly operations described in this article (just as "they", in turn protect them). Dialogue is avoided, especially where majority views and interests simply don't rate. The answers are also unclear for the individual but silence is definitely not one of them. It is for the UN and similarly empowered bodies to stand up to this openly and publicly. Those promoting evil, perverting justice and suppressing the truth must be held accountable and stopped.

California attorney Vincent W. Davis wants to talk to you about what you should do next if your children have been taken out of the home by social services.
If a social worker has come into your home or your child's school and taken them away from you, it can be an overwhelming and devastating experience. You may wonder what happens next.
Well, the social worker involved in the case has 48 hours in which to bring a charge against you if they feel you're endangering your children in any way. They need to investigate and research, then document all of their findings to present to a judge and they have 48 hours in which to do this. It's important to seek the advice and assistance of an attorney who deals in social services matters so that you can disprove their case and have your children returned to you. Watch the video to learn more.

Australian Candidate ordered by NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal to apologise for opposing paedophile rights
It would seem this honourable lady being assailed by sodomites, could do with alternative information and guidance, so as to review action and direction.
This is an urgent appeal for your help.
Tess Corbett, a Victorian political candidate at the recent election, has been ordered by the New South Wales Administrative Decisions Tribunal to apologise for comments she made opposing paedophile 'rights'.
That's right. A Christian candidate in Australia has been punished for speaking out against paedophilia. The case was brought against her by the homosexual activist and serial litigant, Gary Burns.
The good news is that an appeal has been launched to overturn this decision. A barrister has also agreed to represent Tess and help her fight this case. He is working pro-bono but there are still going to be costs associated with travel and administration.
Tess is on a pension and is a grandmother. She needs your help and she won't be able to fight this case without support.
If you can, please donate. Even $5 will make a big difference. If this is not possible, please spread the word by forwarding this information onto your family and friends who are concerned about the dangerous erosion of values in our society.
Account details are:
National Australia Bank
Name: Family Values Action Account
BSB: 084 134
Number: 39 446 4501
Tess will need about $2,000 just to fight the case. She stands a strong chance of success, but if we really want to win, we must take this fight out of the court room and into the lounge rooms of Australians, who would be rightly shocked at what has happened. Obviously this will be expensive, but we will make do with whatever we can.
All donations to this account will be used to fund the appeal and, if possible, to inform the public of this situation. Any leftover funds will be saved for future battles. It is my intention that an organisation be established at some point in the future precisely for this purpose. It will be needed.
If you are interested in reading more about this situation, you can find the Tribunal's decision here . I posted this blog in response, and the original news story about Tess is here.
Apart from the morality of this case, there are several legal issues of concern. These include jurisdiction and the limitations this decision will place on the rights of (Christian) political expression in Australia. Please pray that these important points of law will be re-examined and that the original decision will be overturned.
Finally, make no bones about it, there are serious moves afoot to normalise paedophilia. In America, a group called B4U-ACT has been established to remove the 'stigma' from 'minor-attracted' adults. It preaches that peadophilia is not a choice and that paedophiles are 'whole persons' who are to be 'respected'. It's motto is Living in Truth and Dignity and it claims on its website that removing the stigma surrounding paedophilia will not harm children! This was exactly the same methodology used to normalise homosexuality - a 'sexual orientation' now protected by human rights tribunals across Australia.
In 2011, B4U-ACT sponsored a conference designed to help remove the stigma surrounding paedophilia. Consequently, earlier this year the American Psychiatric Association reclassified paedophilia from a psychiatric disorder to a ' sexual orientation ', just as it did with homosexuality in 1973. It was only after an outcry that this classification was scrapped.
Now we need to make a big outcry in Australia to support Tess Corbett because things are no better here. For instance, the ANZ Bank is proud to sponsor the Mardi Gras, even though it is aware that children are exposed to sexually-explicit behaviour at this event. It's all part of the normalisation process.
This process will continue unless people like us do something to stop it.
Please, donate and do all that you can to spread this message
Thank you for your time and genorsity.

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST I must be careful not to place my own personal views in my writings, rather to remain impartial as much as possible in matters.
My views must be expressed regardless of who might be the parties.
I may however make known that in my view same sex marriage are not for states/Territories to determine and marriage was understood by the framers of the constitution to be between a man and a woman.
.
Those who are promoting same sex marriage used to complain that what they do in their bedroom should be their affairs. I agree.
However, now it is no longer (for decades actually) in their bedrooms but they are shoving it down or throats
and, while they were arguing that it was only about same sex marriages and would not lead to multiple partner marriages, bestiality and pedeophilia reality is that now the forces are on to pursue this to be accepted also.
Call it whatever you like the kind of arrangements, that now the forces are on that adults can marry not just under age children but those as soon as they are born, but I for one as a candidate in numerous elections never supported this kind of conduct.
Strangely enough the government never dared to take me on about this, perhaps because they know they are guaranteed to be defeated as I comprehensively did on 19 July 2006 with the Commonwealth of Australia.
Being a CONSTITUTIONALIST gives me the edge above lawyers and judges to know what my rights are.
.
Tess Corbett as a candidate in an election therefore likewise was well entitled to express her position.
The States are created within s106 of the constitution and “subject to this constitution” which includes all legal principles embedded in this constitution!
HANSARD 17-3-1898 Constitution Convention Debates
QUOTE Mr. DEAKIN.-
What a charter of liberty is embraced within this Bill-of political liberty and religious liberty-the liberty and the means to achieve all to which men in these days can reasonably aspire. A charter of liberty is enshrined in this Constitution, which is also a charter of peace-of peace, order, and good government for the whole of the peoples whom it will embrace and unite.

QUOTE
Mr. SYMON (South Australia).- We who are assembled in this Convention are about to commit to the people of Australia a new charter of union and liberty; we are about to commit this new Magna Charta for their acceptance and confirmation, and I can conceive of nothing of greater magnitude in the whole history of the peoples of the world than this question upon which we are about to invite the peoples of Australia to vote. The Great Charter was wrung by the barons of England from a reluctant king. This new charter is to be given by the people of Australia to themselves.

HANSARD 17-3-1898 Constitution Convention Debates
QUOTE
Mr. BARTON.- We can have every faith in the constitution of that tribunal. It is appointed as the arbiter of the Constitution. . It is appointed not to be above the Constitution, for no citizen is above it, but under it; but it is appointed for the purpose of saying that those who are the instruments of the Constitution-the Government and the Parliament of the day-shall not become the masters of those whom, as to the Constitution, they are bound to serve. What I mean is this: That if you, after making a Constitution of this kind, enable any Government or any Parliament to twist or infringe its provisions, then by slow degrees you may have that Constitution-if not altered in terms-so whittled away in operation that the guarantees of freedom which it gives your people will not be maintained; and so, in the highest sense, the court you are creating here, which is to be the final interpreter of that Constitution, will be such a tribunal as will preserve the popular liberty in all these regards, and will prevent, under any pretext of constitutional action, the Commonwealth from dominating the states, or the states from usurping the sphere of the Commonwealth.
END QUOTE
It seems to me Tess Corbett has the constitutional right to express herself as a candidate as to what she stands for. Indeed, it is essential that the constituents are made aware of her position and if she is for or against certain conduct.
.
Obviously the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal would have had no jurisdiction to deal with the matter, for that it is a constitutional matter and as the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal is not a court invested with federal jurisdiction it had no judicial authority to adjudicate upon the matter if Tess Corbett had relied upon her constitutional rights. Still, by hindsight I view she can still appeal on this ground, even if she didn’t raise the ground before.
.
In Preston Ice and Cool Stores Pty Ltd. v. Hawkings (1955) V.L.R. 89; (1955) Austin Digest 337.

It was held that where there is a review/appeal the party having sought such review/appeal is not bound by the grounds used in the original hearing but may refer to other grounds even so, such grounds had not been upon which the original order was based.

Katter urged to dump candidate over gay comments

Federal independent MP Bob Katter is being urged to dump an election candidate who likened homosexuality to paedophilia.
Tess Corbett has been preselected for Katter's Australia Party (KAP) in the south-west Victorian seat of Wannon.
Speaking to a local newspaper about Labor's anti-discrimination bill, she said people "should be able to discriminate" in some cases.
"I don't want gays, lesbians or paedophiles to be working in my kindergarten. If you don't like it, go to another kindergarten," she told the Hamilton Spectator.
When asked by the paper whether she considered homosexuals to be in the same category as paedophiles, Ms Corbett replied: "Yes."
"Paedophiles will be next in line to be recognised in the same way as gays and lesbians and get rights."
We asked if this incident had changed your opinion of Katter's Australia Party. Read your comments.
The Liberal Member for Wannon, Dan Tehan, says Mr Katter should disendorse Ms Corbett.
"I think that Bob Katter definitely needs to seriously consider that," he said.
"The comments deserve to be condemned. I think they're a real test for Bob Katter.
"If he stands by these comments by an endorsed candidate of his party, he deserves outright condemnation as well."
Greens leader Christine Milne says KAP is fostering discrimination.
"Demeaning and abusing and undermining people who are gay, that is completely unacceptable," she said.
"For a long time people have thought of Bob Katter as some kind of joke, the man with the hat. Well, it's no joke."
Labor frontbencher Penny Wong, who is openly gay, says the comments do not reflect the values the vast majority of Australians have.
"I don't think bigotry has a place in our society," Senator Wong told DMG radio in Adelaide.
"The thing that always worries me when I hear these comments is I think about young gay and lesbian Australians, maybe some in country areas, who hear these things from public figures and the message they hear is that they're not OK.
"And I don't think that's a good message for any child to hear.
"To seriously say in today's Australia that someone who is gay is akin to a paedophile is completely offensive."
'Not afraid to say it'
Bernard Gaynor, a Queensland Senate nominee for KAP and the party's former national general secretary, defended Ms Corbett's comments via Twitter, writing: "I wouldn't let a gay person teach my children and I am not afraid to say it."
KAP has released a statement saying the party "will not be used by people to air and promote their own personal preoccupations".
The party's national director, Aidan McLindon, says the controversy surrounding Ms Corbett's comments is "a storm in a teacup".
He says the party's executive will look into the comments but he believes Ms Corbett has been misquoted.
"I'm not defending what she has or hasn't said, but I haven't seen anywhere her comparing gays and lesbians to paedophiles," he said.
"I certainly don't wish to enter that debate, but I certainly haven't seen it anywhere from her quotes that she's compared them.
"I think what she did say, and this is not defending anything she did or didn't say, but what she did say is that if we start giving minority groups such as gays and lesbians those rights, that would be the next step."
Controversy
Mr McLindon says he expects the controversy to go away by tomorrow.
"Tomorrow you'll find that an MP from the Labor Party will tweet something to the Liberal Party and vice-versa," he said.
"It'll be a whole new controversy tomorrow.
"You can only do so much from a national director's point of view. That'll be something that we'll discuss in terms of how candidates conduct themselves, in terms of what the party stands for."
Yesterday Mr Katter told Fairfax Media Ms Corbett had made a "stupid statement" that detracts from the hard issues affecting farmers.
"If someone has made some statement like that, I'm bloody sure the party will be making arrangements," he said.
"The party is not interested in that, it never has been, never will be."
The ABC has sought a response from Ms Corbett.
Rolf Harris One of Many Paedophiles in the Australian Entertainment industry
Rolf Harris has been convicted of being a paedophile, but would things have gone differently for Rolf Harris had he remained in Australia where there is a highly organised and protected paedophile ring that is protected by the police and politicians?
Rolf Harris & Bert Newton.... Have heard some stories about this pair.
"Rolf Harris and his little four-piece band were in the foyer playing during the interval and he was so good they had him starring in the following year's show. He went on tour with me to New Zealand as my piano player and then he became Bert Newton's musical director in Melbourne."
Harris says the Schools Spectacular is most valuable for finding young talent and establishing a realistic appreciation of the entertainment industry in young people aged from five to 18.

Sexual abuse of children in state care ‘endemic’ in Victoria
Leaked documents reveal 98 alleged rapes, 96 reports of indecent assault and 73 alleged incidents of exploitation over a year
Nearly three-quarters of the reported incidents of sexual abuse took place in residential care homes. Image
Sexual abuse in Victoria’s out-of-home care system has been described as “endemic” after leaked documents revealed hundreds of reports of alleged rape, indecent assault and exploitation of minors in the year to March.
Internal documents reveal a total of 342 critical incidents of a sexual nature reported in the state’s child protection system, which houses children who are removed from their parents due to significant risk of harm.
The total includes 98 alleged rapes, 96 reports of indecent sexual assault and 73 alleged incidents of sexual exploitation, where children are abused in exchange for cash or other gifts, the ABC reported.
Nearly three-quarters of the reported incidents took place in residential care homes, where about 500 children are currently placed. The small units usually house about four children each, with staff rostered on eight-hour shifts, including just one overnight.
Sandie de Wolf, the chief of children’s charity Berry Street, said the reports of abuse were an “indictment on the system”.
“Children are not removed from their families unless there’s very significant harm, so physical, sexual or emotional abuse, or severe family violence. So they've already been harmed by the adults who should have protected them,” she said.
She said the system was “under enormous pressure” from increasing numbers of children being removed from their parents, coupled with a “crisis” of decreasing numbers of foster carers. The result was children under 12 being placed in residential care against the Victorian government’s own guidelines.
Funding for the department of human services was also capped, de Wolf said, so the system was having to cater for more children without a commensurate bump in resources.
An auditor general’s report in March found the residential care system had been “operating over capacity since at least 2008”.
“The residential care system is unable to respond to the level of demand and growing complexity of children’s needs,” the report found. “This puts at risk efforts to protect the child from harm, protect their rights and promote their development.”
The leaked statistics follow earlier reports that organised gangs of men were preying on children in state care, highlighted by the case of 22-year-old Emran Dad, a Shepparton man who police alleged traded sex for cash and cigarettes with children as young as 13. He pled guilty in 2012 and was jailed for three years.
The extent of abuse within the system was reflected in the case of two siblings, both aged under 10, who were placed in state care in 2011 after reports they were being physically abused in their home.
The girl was sexually assaulted by two other children on numerous occasions, and has since tried to take her own life. Her brother was also alleged raped by an older boy.
The Victorian community services minister, Mary Wooldridge, said that cases of abuse and neglect “are always distressing”, but said that for some children, “residential care is the best option”.
“Children who come into the care of the state have experienced extreme trauma and often cannot be housed with extended family or foster families because of their complex and difficult behaviours,” she said.
The opposition spokeswoman for children and community services, Jenny Mikakos, said the figures were “absolutely shocking”. “From what I'm hearing, sexual exploitation appears to have become endemic in about the last two years,” she said.
Victoria’s children and young people commissioner, Bernie Geary, said he was aware of the statistics and was in the process of reviewing the issues and circumstances of sexual assault in residential care, with a report to parliament due in October.
“When we’re in a situation where we want to take kids away from harm, we tend to go for shelter first,” Geary said. “But shelter is only one part of nurturing, so we need to ensure that a young person is both nurtured and sheltered, and I’m conducting my review with that in mind.”

Have you had a GOOD or BAD experience with an ICL? Family Law Survey.
Have YOU had a negative experience with an Independent Child Lawyer (ICL)? Perhaps an ICL was imperative to the outcome of your custody dispute? Tell us about your experience with an ICL at
http://www.familylawexpress.com.au/family-law-pulse/.
This survey will only take a few minutes of your time but would provide invaluable feedback on the performance of ICL in Family Law children’s matters.
Independent Child Lawyers are lawyers assigned by the Court to children involved in child custody and child contact disputes. The purpose of ICL’s is to solely and specifically represent the best interests of such children. Whilst the principles behind ICL’s are apparently logical and
comprehensible, the reality of the role of ICL’s has been repeatedly questioned and has become a matter of controversy within family law.
Questions raised around the legitimacy of ICL’s concerns the quality and effectiveness of representation, the knowledge and skills of ICL’s, their ability to form an impartial view about the best interests of each individual child, and their ability to separate the realities of each case
from pre-conceived legal ideologies which may serve to compromise their effectiveness.
Whilst the Australian Government Institute of Family Studies (AIFS) has recently released a report purposed towards the better utilisation of ICL’s, Family Law Express endeavours to add to the debate through our own research. In doing so we wish to both elaborate on and question findings of the AIFS report, and to define the common experience between families and ICL’s in an attempt to uncover truths and offer suggestions for innovative legal reform.
Through such research we aim to educate Australian parents, establish a shared experience of Australian parents involved with ICL’s and inform parents involved in custody disputes of their rights in regard to ICL’s.
We are asking all parents who have been involved with ICL’s to contribute to assisting other parents who face similar experiences and to be involved in prompting important and necessary legal reform.
We ask you to please participate in our short survey on your experience with ICL’s and to add to this significant debate within family law.
Your help in promoting out survey on your site would be instrumental in our aim to reach out to as many parents as possible from diverse backgrounds in order to truly understand the experience of parents with independent children’s lawyers.
If you have any questions please contact me via email at jessica@familylawexpress.com.au
We are no doubt working towards the same cause and I sincerely thank you for your assistance.

Families SA worker accused of sexual abuse of seven children in his care
A 32-year-old man has been charged with numerous sex offences relating to seven children that were in his care while he was employed by Families South Australia.
For anyone who believes they may have information relating to this investigation they should contact Luke's Army - michael@lukesarmy.com
The man was arrested on June 6 when police were tipped off someone was spreading child porn, but there was no immediate link to his alleged victims.
It was only after his house was searched on June 9 officers discovered evidence of the alleged sexual abuse.
At the time of the alleged offending he was employed with Families SA caring for children in a Government-run residential care facility and at an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service.
Police will allege that all the victims were in the man’s care at the residential facility and not the OSHC service.
He has been charged with
• seven counts of unlawful sexual intercourse
• aggravated production of child exploitation material
• aggravated dissemination of child exploitation material
• aggravated possession of child exploitation material.
When the charges were laid police didn’t know who the victims were, where the offending was said to have taken place or when.
Detectives from Special Crime Investigation Branch have had to analyse more than 100,000 still images and 600 video files.
Last week they identified the victims with the help of specialist sex crime investigators who worked with South Australian police computer analysts to identify the victims.
Part of that work required comparing the images of victims against information held by Familes SA.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has appeared in court in Adelaide and remanded in custody until next month.
Police and Families SA are currently informing the parents of the seven children of the alleged offending.
David Waterford, Deputy Chief Executive (Child Safety) for DECD said the parents and caregivers of these children would be provided with full support from Families SA and Child Protection Services.

“We are working very closely with SA Police to visit the families and carers and ensure they have all the support they need.
“Our department will also be working with the school that provided the out of school hours and vacation care services to make sure that parents are also notified of the alleged offending.
“For an organisation that has the care and concern of vulnerable children as its foremost priority, this is a disturbing and horrifying matter.”
Police and Families SA are currently informing the parents of the seven children of the alleged offending.
Assistant Commissioner (Crime) Paul Dickson said he was “abhorred” by the crimes, as a father and police officer.
“This investigation can best be described as horrific — horrific for the victims and their families and a terrible task for the police who have worked tirelessly to review these images.
“But I want to assure the public that our very clear objective is to identify all victims of this alleged abuse, and provide them and their families with the support they need,
He warned the investigation may take months to complete — and there could be other victims.
“This investigation will remain a priority for police,” he said.
“The offending we have identified so far occurred in an 18 month period between mid 2011 and the end of 2012.
“At this point we have not identified any other offenders, but we will not know if the alleged offender was acting alone or with others until the investigation is complete.
“If we do identify more victims, their parents or guardians will be advised as a priority and will be supported.”
Journalist seeking stories on child safety corruption
Probe into SA child protection announced
Former Supreme Court justice Margaret Nyland will head a royal commission into South Australia's child protection system.
Premier Jay Weatherill announced the terms of reference for the royal commission on Friday.
It comes after a Families SA care worker was charged with unlawful sexual intercourse with seven preschool children under his care at a residential facility.
Ms Nyland will report to government within 12 months on the adequacy of the state's child protection laws and the operations of Families SA.
Attorney General John Rau said Ms Nyland had been directed to raise issues with government agencies as she finds them.
"The work of the commission will not be something we have to just wait around for a year to see," he told reporters.
"It will begin working as soon as it starts finding things that need to be done, those messages will be communicated and actions begun."
The commission will examine all SA government and non-government organisations which care for children at risk.
It will also address the staffing and resourcing of the state's child protection system.
Ms Nyland has been asked to recommend changes to the procedures of Families SA and other agencies to provide for "the best practical and financially achievable" child protection outcomes.
However she is required to avoid prejudicing pending criminal investigations, including the case of the Families SA worker who is currently before the courts.
Mr Rau said the commission would be able to begin its work immediately but that it would be up to Ms Nyland to decide whether public hearings were to be held.

Wendy Harmer. Still employed by families s.a,
Not sure where other than Adelaide. Thanks Wendy for sticking me in a house on my own at 15, thanks for ignoring my pain and pleas that I didn't like living alone. Thanks for blaming me for the older men ( a quick note for you Wendy, 17 was and still is legal age of consent in s.a ) Thanks for again blaming me for having no family/friends. Thanks as well for making have so little of the basics required to live in a house. I'm still trying to understand why things like fridge, table, chairs, even just a stereo I wasn't worthy? Most of all thanks for the memories. Apparently they never go, I just have to learn to live with them. If any one has the mis fortune of coming across Wendy harmer in Adelaide s.a, try to ask for another worker. Especially if you are a guardianship of the minister child till 18, and have no family.
Bowral DoCS, Amanda Ramsay and Julie Freckelton, and Barnardos in Orange
Hi all thankyou for accepting me, I'd like to share my story.
My daughter R, was removed from her father by bowral docs amanda ramsay and Julie freckelton, they were right to remove her from that situation, tho, i had offered beforehand that i would remove R from him myself, they told me that they didn't believe R was in a situation to be removed and they thought she was fine being there. Days later they had her. Before that, Her father done the run with her and moved to another township and called the police on me everytime i tried to reclaim my daughter. When they had R, they refused to acknowledge me refused to consider placement with me, at this time they had no grounds to refuse, i had my other 4 boys in my care. Amanda often abused me verbally and called me names and continuously told me that i had no chance. I am not known to docs at all on their system, now only as R's biological mother. They pushed through the courts quickly and my barrister never said a word at any proceedings in my defense. He just sat by and watched them steal my girl away, when i confronted him, he said that he was waiting so we could collect all evidence we needed, on the final court day he had nothing, had never taken down any troubles i had with amanda or Julie, as in they were cancelling visits then rescheduling them back to original dates without letting me know. One of the visits they rescheduled i did not show, this happened to be the visit right before the contact visit when the assesser was present, R was distressed as they told her that i deliberately had let her down and not cared enough for her to show, in turn on this next contact visit with assesser present, R was angry with me, assessers first point on his notes was that it seemed there was no signs of a bond between myself and my girl, that she was avoidant and uncomfortable in my presence. Rescheduled contact visits were common. And they made my contact visits for 3.30pm every visit, knowing full well i had another 4 boys at school and no partner and no family local to help. Which resulted in ongoing late arrivals for contact. Throughout reports they claimed no bond and that i was aggressive, i was often pulled out of the room away from my daughter to be told that i was selfish and damaging R's emotional and psychological wellbeing. It was R that was asking me the questions, mummy when can you take me home, to which i answered, darling please just hang in there mummy is doing her best, to this i was yelled at by Julie, pulled from the room and chastised, this was a regular thing, a simple question like what sport do you like was a reason for them to yell at me and remove me from the room. After a while me and my girl couldn't talk about anything, she stopped talking to me and the cuddles etc stopped aswell, she told me she didnt want me to get into trouble, to which the contact supervisor at the time said awww, isnt that cute! R was moved from carer to carer as R showed distress wanting to be with her mum, i was told this personally by one of the careers, when they reported R's distress they took her from that carer and moved her onto another, this reoccurred until my girl finally realised what they were doing. After 3 yrs, i finally found a lawyer that wanted to look at my case, finally one that didnt wave me off, docs pushed through instantly that R be managed in future with barnardos in orange, people if you thought docs were bad, you have not dealt with barnardos lol, they were making meeting times for me and them to discuss things, at these meeting they lied in front of each other giggling as they done so, and when i started to become distressed, the manager leaned very close to me and said quite loudly that my daughter didnt care about me, she doesn't love me, she never is interested in seeing me, this was repeated 5 times during this meeting. While smiling the whole time, barnardos are much more evil, to this day my daughter is still there as the previous lawyer shied away from the case. But now, i have another lawyer, its only a few weeks in, but i hope i can get my girl home, it's been 6yrs since she has been taken, and family here at home has all but fallen apart over this situation. Thanks for listening to me xD
My daughter & autistic son abused and molested by DoCS & the Police
In 2007 I had a stroke I lived over 300km from Rockhampton and had no way of getting my autistic son and daughter back to my home. I WAS GIVEN ROCKHAMPTON DOCS telephone number because their webpage advertised that they provided support for family s in need of help.
Foolishly I reached out for help as I was desperate to get back to the farm and my autistic son was ready to implode
docs said because of my sons disabilities it was disability services responsibility and they passed the buck back to DOCS.
This went on for months and finally my son snapped and the police had to come and get him.
Instead of accepting that they had dropped the ball and offer to apologize and actually help us DOCS sunk the boot in to cover up their failure of duty of care
The next morning DOCS literally kicked in my back door and threatened me they said if I didn't take my son back (without any supports in place) that they would take my daughter and I would never see her again.
They had unbenown to me stolen my daughter from school
DOCS FAILED TO NOTIFY ME OF ANY court PROCEDINGS
This is a violation of procedural law!!!
In the 6 weeks they had her my daughter was sexually abused
I reported it to QLD police who wouldn't even take my complaint I reported it to the crime and misconduct commision again I was ignored
the qld police are dogs who will do whatever it takes to protect their mates we found out that the docs officer in charge of my daughters case was a police officers lover
another of her case workers was working at a strip club called the zodiac
I have no criminal record and my only crime was having a stroke and asking DOCS for help.
I fought for three years to get my son back and docs used delaying tactics in court so that my alocation of legal aid money was quickly used up .
this meant no legal help after three years my son ran away from care when I saw him he was malnourished, dirty and stank I reported the abuse to the police and again they did nothing to help. I had to put in an official complaint about the police before they even did any investigation which was slapshod to say the least
I had two healthy children and although we had the usual squabbles that family's have we were basically happy
What I got back from DOCS was a daughter who was so frightened of loosing me that she would not leave my side for even a moment I couldn't even go to the toilet without her clinging to my leg. She wet the bed and had to undergo psychiatric treatment for years.
My son was a b, c student with the occasional a who was positive about school despite being autistic and had a part time job at Coles. What I got back was a suicidal child who self harms and will never be employed again he has never gotten over the abuse he suffered at his carers hands.
I gave evidence to the carmody report and am going to give evidence for the royal commision into sexual abuse of children and the obstacles in place of reporting or getting help for your child if you have similar stories please let the commisiom know
The child safety act says you cant sue an agent of the act ie DOCS workers but I think ive found a loophole
To be employed by DOCS as an agent of DOCS you must first be a public servant. As such you have to be subjected to the public servants act. There are very strict behavioural guidelines under this act. You must be a fit and proper person . You must follow procedural law. Any report you write must be fair and balanced and without lies.
You are not allowed to purger yourself or lie to the courts
I'm thinking of starting a class action whereby we can sue not only DOCS but the gov as well as ministers who have knowingly covered up the death and abuse of our children by the pedophiles playground (DOCS)

Maddy Downman's family want answers about 17yo's suicide in care
The family of a 17-year-old girl who took her own life at a residential care home in Darwin say the Northern Territory Government failed in its duty of care to a ward of the state.
They say Maddy Downman did not receive adequate support for depression, and they feel being in care contributed to her suicide.
For four years until she took her own life Maddy had asked to leave state care and go home.
Both her mother and father told the ABC's 7.30 NT program they kept appealing to the NT Department of Children and Families to allow her to come home to either Katherine or Mount Isa in Queensland.
They also say they have not received an apology from the Government for their daughter's death.
The Department of Children and Families will not comment while an internal investigation and coronial inquiry are being held.
The Child Protection Minister also says he cannot comment on the details of the case during the inquiries.
"They can't get away with this," said Marion Downman, Maddy's maternal aunt.
"Legally they were the parents, they should have taken care of that little girl and they didn't. And now two sides of the family are left to pick up the pieces."
'We want to know why she died'
Last week, the family gathered together in Katherine to arrange Maddy's funeral and piece together what led to her suicide.
Maddy mother, grandmother and maternal aunts from Katherine, and her father and paternal aunts from Mount Isa in Queensland, said they knew she had struggled with depression and anger about being kept in the child protection system.
Legally they were the parents, they should have taken care of that little girl and they didn't. And now two sides of the family are left to pick up the pieces.Marion Downman, Maddy's aunt
But they had hoped she would battle through it.
Maddy was taken into the Government's care aged 13, starting with a stint in juvenile detention in Darwin, at the Don Dale Youth Detention Centre.
Marion Braun, Maddy's maternal aunt, said the teen had been in trouble with police for minor offences.
Maddy's mother Cheryl Downman had suffered a stroke and some resulting paralysis in 2005, and this had made it harder to raise and discipline the child.
The family would travel from Katherine to Darwin to visit her in care.
"Maddy had an amazing case worker," Ms Downman said. "She always organised for the family to go up and stay in a hotel and we'd spend the whole week with Maddy up there."
"She'd ring at least twice, maybe four times a week - as many times as the carers would let her ring."
Ms Downman last saw Maddy on June 5 this year.
She had driven from Katherine to Darwin to visit her daughter.
After dinner, Maddy had begged to hide in the boot and be smuggled out of residential care.
She took her own life just after midnight that night.
Early the next morning on June 6 two police officers woke Ms Downman in Katherine.
"They first started talking about Madeline and Mum said we just left her in Darwin," Ms Downman said.
"They said no, we've just come here to let you know she's died.
"They didn't say nothing they just handed over a coroner's card and told us to get in touch with the coroners if we wanted any answers."
'For four years Maddy asked to go home'
Maddy's Katherine family said during the past four years she constantly asked to be allowed to leave residential care in Darwin.
"She didn't like it, she just wanted to return home," Cheryl Downman said.
I thought she'd get the best care up there, being in a foster home. But every time I went to Darwin to visit her, she just seemed more and more depressed.Cheryl Downman, Maddy's mother
Some of Maddy's four sisters and younger brother still live at home in Katherine with their mother and grandmother.
They were told Maddy would not be allowed to leave residential care until she was 18.
"I thought she'd get the best care up there, being in a foster home," Ms Downman said.
"But every time I went to Darwin to visit her, she just seemed more and more depressed."
Father offered Maddy a home in Mount Isa
Several years before Maddy's death, her mother and father, Greg Dempsey, had split up and he moved back to his hometown, Mount Isa.
Mr Dempsey said he had offered Maddy the chance to stay in Mount Isa.
"It would have been last year and the year before that, and just every time she rings and she wants to come," he said.
"I said, 'Just see your caseworker and I'll fly up and we can sort things out to get you to come back with me'."
"But they never got back to me and I was more or less kept in the dark about what's been happening."
Maddy wanted to stay with her dad, her paternal aunt Liz Dempsey told 7.30 NT.
"When anyone rang her and spoke to her she just said, 'I want to come home to dad. I want to be with dad'," she said.
Both Mr Dempsey and Ms Dempsey said that, although she knew Maddy was in foster care, they had not known she was a ward of the state.
"They never made an offer to any of us," Ms Dempsey said.
"Any of us would have welcomed that child into our homes. But we weren't given that chance."
'Maddy grew depressed in state care'
Maddy's family said as she was moved from care placement to placement she became increasingly depressed and angry.
In the last six months she was moved from three different homes in Darwin, Ms Braun said.
When anyone rang her she just said, 'I want to come home to dad. I want to be with dad'.Greg Dempsey, Maddy's father
"She showed plenty of signs," she said. "She graffitied over walls, put her feelings on the walls all the time and spray painted rooms black.
"I asked Maddy's carer whether she got any counselling.
"Her response was the last time Maddy had counselling was last year.
"She hadn't had any counselling all this year. And their excuse was that they couldn't make her."
